• New electrical plant, 1600 Amp Service, 400 Volt 3 Phase.
  
• New lighting system in all public areas.
• New public water and plumbing system. 
  
• Two new hot water boilers.
  
• Controlled water temperature regulators for all showers.
  
• Complete remodel of main women's restroom with ceramic tile, granite counter top, and rubber floor.
  
• All air ducts and ventilation system completely high pressure vacuumed of all foreign material.
  
• Dehumidifier refurbished.
  
• All ceiling and walls washed with high-pressure detergent.
  
• Two coat painting of ceilings, walls of shower rooms, restrooms, corridors, main entry and gathering area.
  
• Concession area and kitchen refurbished with ceiling tiles, drywall, painting, and granite transaction top.
  
• New grille, griddle cook top, freezer and refrigeration.
  
• Concession area: New popcorn maker, hot dog roll out cooker, cappuccino maker, coffee maker, cheese pretzel maker, pizza cookers, exotic soft drink refrigerators.
  
• New carpet in the general offices.
  
• Ice available in two rinks.
  
• Two Zamboni Machines.
  
• Realignment of 3 flagpoles and display of 3 new flags.
  
• Parking lot pavement improvement.
  
• 13 electric motors replaced or refurbished on various items.
