Greater Flint Hockey Association's Learn to Play Hockey program is a skill development learning experience as outlined by USA Hockey ADM - Advanced Development Model. Players will learn the basics and have fun in the process. For those who know how to skate and want to try hockey this class is an excellent starting point. All classes taught by USA hockey certified coaches complete with SafeSport certification and background checks.
Equipment required: Helmet, gloves, chest protector, elbow pads, shin pads, hockey pants, hockey skates, hockey stick, neck guard, hockey socks and athletic supporter. The Greater Flint Hockey Association has youth hockey equipment available to purchase or borrow. Email: [email protected]
