We make life easy to rent the ice at Crystal Fieldhouse with a calendar on the website showing available ice times. We do ask you to call if the ice time you need is not available, sometimes we can rearrange our schedule to accommodate your needs.
Crystal Fieldhouse website has an up to date calendar of events on the home page. This calendar is hooked to our main system so it is always up to date. It shows all the times for the public to come in for Public Skating, Drop in Hockey, Stick n Puck, and Broomball.
Broomball is something new at Crystal Fieldhouse. This game is played like hockey but without ice skates. Helmets are required and available to rent; bicycle helmets can be used. Public Broomball admission price includes a broomball stick. You wear your own shoes, put on a helmet, we put up the nets on the ice, give you a broomball stick & ball and you have fun practicing your broomball skills. Grab a few friends and attend public broomball to play a game. Many churches, schools and organizations have enjoyed field trips playing broomball, see video on our website and group pricing at crystalfh.com.
Stick-n-Puck is for players of all ages and abilities to practice their stick handling, shooting and skating. Youth Stick-n-Puck was added after youth spring league coaches wanted to keep their youth players practicing their hockey skills in the summer in a safe atmosphere. Youth stick n puck are for the youth of our community ages 3-12 years, adult can only participate when coming with a youth hockey player to help them.
